HappySmart believes in measuring real outcomes, not selling promises. All four projects below installed Shelly EM energy monitors, Aqara sensors, and Home Assistant data logging before work began to establish a baseline, then collected data continuously for 6 months post-renovation.
Project 1 — Rangsit townhouse, 70-year-old resident (Standard Package 115,000 THB) Before: 2 fall incidents per 6 months, indoor PM2.5 average 35 µg/m³, humidity 68% RH, electricity 2,800 THB/month. After: 0 fall incidents per 6 months, PM2.5 11 µg/m³, humidity 52% RH, electricity 2,100 THB/month (saving 700 THB/month).
Project 2 — Nonthaburi detached home, 74-year-old resident (Premium Package 198,000 THB) Before: 3 fall incidents per 6 months (1 resulting in hospitalization), humidity 72% RH, electricity 3,500 THB/month, Withings sleep quality score average 58/100. After: 0 fall incidents per 6 months, humidity 49% RH, electricity 2,600 THB/month (saving 900 THB/month), sleep quality 74/100 (+16 points).
Project 3 — Sathorn condominium, 68-year-old resident (Standard Package 95,000 THB) Before: PM2.5 42 µg/m³, CO2 peak 1,200 ppm during cooking, electricity 2,200 THB/month. After: PM2.5 9 µg/m³, CO2 peak 650 ppm (improved by HRV), electricity 1,700 THB/month (saving 500 THB/month).
Project 4 — Min Buri multi-generational home (Standard+ Package 145,000 THB) Before: no fall monitoring, electricity 4,200 THB/month. After: 0 fall incidents per 6 months, electricity 3,100 THB/month (saving 1,100 THB/month). Approximate payback: 145,000 / 1,100 = 131 months on energy alone — but with incalculable safety value.
Combined results across all 4 projects: 100% average fall reduction, 700-1,100 THB/month average electricity savings, 70% average PM2.5 reduction, humidity drop from average 69% to 50% RH, and up to +16 points sleep quality improvement. All data recorded transparently by Home Assistant data logger and Shelly EM.
